Alexander Fleischmann graduated in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna and worked thereafter at the Academic Unit for Gender and Diversity in Organizations at the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business. From 2010 until 2015 he was at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, where his last appointment was the ‘Network for the Advancement of Women | Office for Equal Opportunities and Gender Studies’. In 2015 he finished a Master’s Program in Gender Studies at the University of Vienna and started again at WU’s Institute for Gender and Diversity in Organizations. Currently he is working on his PhD-Project on diversity in alternative organizations. He is a founding and board member of the Gender Studies Association Austria (ÖGGF).
